Indian Coriander Seed

This strain of coriander seed, grown in India, has a more heightened citrus top note than its counterparts from North Africa. They’re also more green and have an elongated shape, and are generally the most pungent member of the coriander family—which makes them a favorite among beer brewers. They’re especially flavorful when toasted.
