The details
The Better Batter Tool has two distinct working zones. Wide nylon fins run through the center of the head, cutting into thick batters and doughs quickly so you can fold everything together without overworking it. Tapered silicone fins surround the nylon, flexible enough to press flat against the curve of a bowl and scrape every bit clean on the way out.
The silicone head is stain-resistant and rated to 600°F, so it can stir a simmering sauce or a roux on the stovetop as easily as it mixes a muffin batter. The stainless handle is weighted and comfortable to hold for longer mixing sessions. At just over twelve and a half inches, it's long enough for a deep mixing bowl without your hand getting in the way.
