The details
The trick is Tovolo's Flex-Core build: a rigid nylon core runs through a one-piece silicone body, so the edge stays flexible enough to hug the inside of a jar while the core gives you something to push with. The long, narrow head reaches the bottom of tall jars without dunking your knuckles, and because it's seamless silicone there's no seam or joint for food to lodge in. Heat-resistant and dishwasher safe.
