Stainless Steel construction is durable enough for open fire cooking, and a raised handle gives you more leverage and keeps your hand away from the hot cooking surface.

The removable leather handle covers are tanned and hand-stitched in the United States. Avoid the sleeves coming in direct contact with flame. Remove the sleeve before washing the press.
