At 16.75 by 14 inches and 3.75 inches deep, the Zeus is a full-size roaster with room for a big holiday bird or a large roast, plus vegetables alongside. It's made of heavy-weight aluminum, which heats quickly and evenly so everything in the pan browns at the same pace.
The included V-shaped roasting rack lifts the meat up off the bottom of the pan, so hot air circulates all the way around it and the skin crisps on every side instead of stewing in the drippings. Those drippings collect below, ready to become gravy.
Inside, a Quantum 2™ nonstick coating, made without PFOA, helps roasted-on bits release easily, so cleanup is a soak and a wipe rather than an afternoon of scrubbing. The rack is nonstick, too.
