At 16 quarts, the Verde stock pot has room for the jobs a regular soup pot can't handle: a whole chicken and a pile of vegetables for bone broth, two pounds of pasta with plenty of water to move, a seafood boil, or a water bath for a batch of canning jars. The tall, straight sides keep a long simmer steady and help cut down on evaporation.

It's made from heavy-duty aluminized steel with a three-layer ceramic nonstick interior made without PFAS. That matters more in a big pot than you might think. The bottom of a deep stock pot is where chili scorches and where you end up scrubbing, and the ceramic surface lets sauces, stews, and beans release instead of sticking. The induction-ready base heats evenly on gas, electric, and induction cooktops.
