One measuring cup that becomes four — and cleans itself on the way. Slide the Upcup's base to the measure you need, fill, pour, then raise the base to the top and watch it squeegee every drop of honey or peanut butter out for you.

The details

The Upcup replaces a whole stack of measuring cups with one clever cylinder. A sliding base adjusts to set your measurement, with easy-to-read embossed markings in cups, milliliters, and fluid ounces (finished in permanent red so they never wear away). Fill to the rim, level off, and you've measured exactly.

The real trick is what happens after. A watertight silicone seal around the base squeegees the walls clean as it slides, so sticky ingredients — honey, molasses, nut butter, yogurt — push out completely instead of clinging to the cup. Raise the base all the way to eject everything, or remove it entirely for a thorough wash.

Made from Tritan plastic and silicone, BPA-free with FDA and LFGB-approved materials, and dishwasher safe.

Choose your size

  • Upcup (1 Cup): Adjusts between 1 cup, ½ cup, ⅓ cup, and ¼ cup — the everyday baker's workhorse, covering the measures most recipes call for.
  • Big Upcup (2 Cup): Adjusts between 2 cups, 1½ cups, 1 cup, ½ cup, and ¼ cup — the better pick for bread bakers and batch cooks who measure flour and liquids in larger quantities.
