The details

The 12.5-inch perforated stainless steel screen fits pans up to 13 inches wide. Grooved rings on the underside let it rest securely on different pan sizes without sliding around. A slight arch in the screen keeps the surface lifted off the countertop when you set it down between uses, so grease doesn't transfer to the counter. A raised section also provides clearance over pot handles, so the screen handle can rest directly over the pan handle — no awkward angles. The soft handle locks open while you cook and folds flat for compact drawer or cabinet storage. Dishwasher safe.
