The details

Noble Mick's already makes a whole lineup of espresso martinis, and this is their holiday spin. Each packet holds everything the cocktail needs except the alcohol: coffee and peppermint flavor, real fruit and vegetable powders, natural spices, and pure cane sugar, with no artificial flavors or colors.

Mix the packet with water until it dissolves, add vodka, and shake it hard with ice. Exact amounts are printed on the back. A good hard shake gives you that signature foamy top, and a crushed candy cane rim or three coffee beans finishes it off.

Because the packets are light and flat, they're easy to tuck into a stocking, a holiday card, or a gift basket next to a bag of good coffee. The packet itself is nonalcoholic, so it also works with a zero-proof vodka.
