Oval Baking Dish
The gratin-and-cobbler dish. French porcelain that bakes evenly, looks lovely on the table, and shrugs off the freezer-to-oven trip.
The details
Made In's bakeware starts with a 202-year-old porcelain recipe held by artisans in the Loire Valley. Each dish is mixed, shaped, enameled, and fired three times over 50-plus hours at temperatures above 2500F, with the decorative rim hand-applied between bakes.
Porcelain gives you a naturally non-stick surface and even heating, so gratins brown edge to edge and cobblers bubble without scorching. It is thermal shock resistant, microwave-safe, and oven-safe to 650F, so it moves from freezer to hot oven to table with ease. The oval shape holds 2.4 quarts with a 10" x 6.6" baking surface, sized for sides and desserts that serve four to six.
Choose your rim
Blue Rim for a classic French-kitchen feel, Red Rim for a warmer pop on the table.
