The details

Pure, uncoated aluminum — the same PFAS-free, professional-grade material across the Naturals line. It heats quickly and evenly with no hot spots, so your bars come out uniform from center to corner rather than overdone at the edges and underdone in the middle. An encapsulated steel rim runs the perimeter to prevent warping. No coating to scratch or degrade; grease and flour, parchment, or a silicone mat, and you're set.

The snap-on plastic lid is BPA-free and designed for storage and transport — it keeps baked goods fresh without wrestling with foil, and the pan goes straight from oven to fridge or freezer once it's cooled. The lid is not oven safe. Hand wash recommended for both; dishwasher use causes discoloration on the aluminum (cosmetic only, doesn't affect baking).
