Hestan builds the NanoBond line on triple-bonded 18/10 stainless steel wrapped around a ProCore pure-aluminum center, which the company rates at about 35% more conductive than ordinary aluminum-clad cookware. In practice that means it comes up to temperature quickly and holds a steady simmer instead of scorching in hot spots.

What sets NanoBond apart from regular stainless is the surface. Thousands of molecular titanium nano-layers are bonded directly to the steel, leaving a cooking surface roughly four times harder than ordinary stainless. There is no coating to wear off, nothing nonstick to baby. You can whisk with a metal balloon whisk, scrape with a metal spoon, and run it through the dishwasher without a second thought.
