The Multi Boiler is a two-piece, 5.5-cup microwave cooker with one very clever lid. Set the perforated lid facing up while cooking and it vents steam to prevent boilovers, keeping your microwave clean while dinner simmers. Flip it over and it becomes a strainer, so you can drain pasta, blanched vegetables, or rinsed grains without reaching for a colander.

At 5.8 inches square and 3.6 inches tall, it's compact enough for a dorm, office, or small kitchen, and the right size for a single-serve meal or a light dinner for two. When you're done eating, it stores leftovers, then goes in the top rack of the dishwasher.

It's made from BPA-free and melamine-free high-heat plastic engineered to resist warping through everyday use.
