Lay the strips flat without overlapping, cook about a minute per piece on high, and check in 30-second intervals until they're done to your liking.

It pulls double duty as a defroster, too. The same ridged, sloped surface keeps thawing meat out of its drip, so the tray moves easily from freezer to microwave to table.
