The details

Made with a blend of beeswax, carnauba wax, fractionated coconut oil, and vitamin E. The oils penetrate and condition both the blade and the handle, while the dual-wax formula — beeswax and carnauba — builds a thin water-repelling barrier that resists rust and tarnish. 100% natural and food-contact safe, with no petrochemicals or synthetic additives.

The carnauba wax addition is what separates this from a basic knife conditioner. Carnauba is one of the hardest natural waxes available, giving the protective coating extra durability between applications. Works on kitchen knives, pocket knives, metal utensils, and wooden handles. Wooden handles especially benefit — wood that dries out becomes brittle and can crack at the point where it meets the blade. A quick wipe every month or two keeps handles solid for the long haul.

Apply a thin coat to the blade and handle, let sit briefly, then buff clean. 4 oz bottle lasts a very long time with typical home use.
