The details

The head is designed to do two jobs: the sharp front edge cuts cleanly through casseroles, lasagna, baked pasta, and square cakes, while the wide flat surface supports the full slice as you lift and serve. Slots in the head let excess sauce or liquid drain away so the plate stays clean. Thumb and finger indentations on the contoured handle let you hold it comfortably in any position — edge-down for cutting or flat for serving. Stainless steel throughout, with a non-slip grip handle.
