Fusilli Corti Col Buco
Fusilli lunghi col buco is a long, coiled, spiral-shaped pasta, hollow like bucatini. It can hold up to just about any pasta sauce, and is also a great noodle for mac and cheese. This pasta was discovered when the pasta dough was twisted around a spindle.
