Choose your spirit — 1.5 cups (12oz) of vodka or one 750ml bottle of Prosecco — add 4.5 cups (36oz) of water directly to the bag, shake or stir until completely dissolved, and place upright in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours. What comes out is a refreshingly crisp, slushy frozen limoncello with a lively citrus flavor — bubbly and bright with Prosecco, smooth and sharp with vodka. Either way, it's the kind of drink that makes any gathering feel like an occasion.

How to make it

With vodka:

1. Add 1.5 cups (12oz) of vodka to the bag
2. Add 4.5 cups (36oz) of water to the bag

With Prosecco:

1. Add one 750ml bottle of Prosecco to the bag
2. Refill the empty bottle with water and add to the bag

Both methods: 3. Seal the bag and shake or stir with a large spoon until completely dissolved 4. If shaking, make sure the zipper is tightly sealed before you start 5. Place upright in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours minimum 6. Remove from freezer and knead the bag to help consistency of the slushie 7. Pour into glasses and enjoy 8. Refreeze any extras and save for later
