French Onion Dip Canister
The dip version of the classic soup, a definite crowd pleaser, now in a new large format, recyclable canister with reclosable lid.
Makes 5 recipes, a yield of 10 cups or 80 oz of delicious dip.

Ingredients:
dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, chives, leek), spices.
What you Need:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) French Onion Dip mix
- 250 ml (8 oz/1 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 5 ml (1 tsp) concentrated liquid beef broth
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) freshly grated gruyere or other Swiss cheese
What to do:
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in beef broth. Refrigerate and let sit for minimum 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer prepared dip to heat proof dish, cover with cheese and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins until cheese is bubbling and golden on top. Serve with slices of French bread or pita chips.
For a vegan-friendly alternative:
Substitute mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese with vegan alternatives, cheese with plant-based vegan shreds. Substitute beef broth with vegetable broth and soy sauce.
