The details

The Flegg is a set of two no-leak egg rings that seal, flip, lift, and serve. The secret is a C-channel ring design that uses the egg's own weight to press the silicone against the pan, so raw egg can't sneak underneath the way it does with rigid metal rings. When the egg is cooked, a squeeze of the flexible handle changes the ring's shape and releases it cleanly onto toast, an English muffin, or the plate.

The handle rotates a full 360 degrees, so you can flip in either direction for over-easy eggs, and it's made of high heat-resistant nylon that stays elevated and cool-touch while the egg cooks. The silicone ring is heat resistant to 500°F. Both rings store flat and go in the dishwasher. Winner of a Red Dot design award.
