Fantastic Food Fork

The details
This is the classic flat blending fork, sometimes called a Foley fork or a granny fork, and once you've used one it's hard to go back. Instead of a whisk's loops, it has a row of long, flat stainless steel tines set into a wide, open frame. Push it through a bowl and those tines break up yolks, blend batter, and mash soft foods in just a few strokes.
The flat shape is the secret. It sits flush against the bottom and sides of a bowl, so nothing hides from it, and there are no wires for egg or batter to tangle in. It also works right in the skillet for stirring scrambled eggs.
At 10 inches long, it has a comfortable black rubberized handle that stays put in a buttery hand. When you're done, it goes in the dishwasher; just tuck it securely into the silverware basket or rack.
