This is one of the mixes we liked enough to put our own name on. It's the richer, darker sibling of our Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie, made for us by our partners at Dr. Pete's Gourmet Foods and handcrafted in small batches in Ailey, Georgia.

The generous 19 oz mix brings flour, white and brown sugar, real cocoa, and plenty of chocolate chips. You add a few fresh ingredients from the package directions, press it into your favorite skillet, and bake.
