This open 12-inch skillet is built on the TITUM Fusion platform: a lightweight aluminum body encased in stainless steel over Hestan's patented Double Impact base. The two bonded stainless discs keep the pan flat and warp-resistant under high heat, so it holds an even temperature across a wide surface and centers oil for consistent browning. It works on all cooktops, induction included.

Hestan's sidewall design gives this skillet up to 30 percent more cooking surface than an ordinary 12-inch pan, which is real estate you feel the moment you tip in a sheet pan's worth of vegetables. The interior is the diamond- and titanium-reinforced TITUM nonstick surface, rated 22 times more durable than conventional coatings.
