The 8" Stainless Clad Frying Pan is built in Italy from five bonded layers of metal — an aluminum and aluminum-alloy core wrapped in 304-grade 18/10 stainless steel, with a magnetic ferritic exterior. The aluminum spreads heat quickly and evenly so nothing sits over a hot spot, and the polished stainless interior stays non-reactive, browning food cleanly and rinsing clear.
At 8.5" across with a 5" cooking surface, it's the nimble one in the lineup — light in the hand, fast to preheat, and easy to maneuver for a one-egg morning. The hollow stay-cool handle keeps its temperature down on the stovetop, and the whole pan is oven safe to 800°F.
