Nordic Ware's Compact Ovenware line is built around that reality — pure aluminum pans sized for toaster ovens, countertop ovens, and compact kitchens, delivering the same even heat and lifetime durability as the full Naturals line, just scaled down. Whether you're cooking for one, working with a Breville, or baking in a dorm room, these pans perform.

The details

Every piece is made from pure, uncoated aluminum — no PFAS, no applied coating, nothing to scratch off or worry about. The natural aluminum heats quickly and evenly with no hot spots, and is naturally nonstick with a light greasing or sheet of parchment. All pieces are oven safe to 500°F and broiler safe. Hand wash recommended; dishwasher use causes discoloration (cosmetic only, doesn't affect performance).

One care note: aluminum is reactive to highly acidic ingredients like tomato sauce and vinegar with prolonged use — you may see some darkening over time. This doesn't affect safety or baking performance. If your pans darken, a scrub with lemon juice or cream of tartar brings the finish back. Rectangular Baker — The workhorse of the three. At 8.4 × 6.3 inches with 1.8-inch sides and a 1.5-quart capacity, this baker handles everything from single-serve mac and cheese to enchiladas, brownies, and roasted vegetables. Deep enough to hold a real portion, compact enough to slip into a toaster oven.

Mini Pie Pan — Five inches of personal pie, all for you. This 5.3-inch round pan is sized for personal quiche, pot pie, fruit tart, or crustless egg bakes. It fits where a standard 9-inch pan won't, and it makes a proper golden-bottomed crust.

9" Hot Air Pizza Crisper — Round and perforated, this 9-inch crisper lets hot air circulate under the crust for a genuinely crispy bottom — no soggy centers, no limp reheats. Personal pizzas, flatbreads, frozen appetizers, and leftover pizza slices all come out better on this than on a solid pan. Works especially well in convection and turbo ovens.
