This set includes four individually wrapped mini loaf pans, each with a baking surface of 5.62 x 3 x 2.25 inches (outer dimensions 6.125 x 3.625 x 2.25 inches). The personal size is right for quick breads, mini yeast loaves, small cakes, and savory bakes you want to portion and share.
Each pan is heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's corrugated surface, which lifts the pan for better air circulation and even browning while adding strength against warping. The AMERICOAT nonstick coating, silicone-based and made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, releases loaves cleanly and wipes out fast. Oven safe to 450 degrees.
