The pan has a one-inch lip on all four sides with steel-reinforced wire rims, so it holds shape and gives you an edge to grip. Baking surface measures 14.25 by 9.375 inches; the pan's outer dimensions are 14.75 by 9.875 by 1 inch.

The corrugated bottom promotes air circulation under your batter for even browning and adds rigidity that resists warping. The pan is coated with AMERICOAT, the silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, so jelly rolls, bars, and cookies release cleanly.
