The details

The pan is USA Pan's standard half sheet, with a 17.25 by 12.25 inch baking surface and a one-inch rim that catches juices and crumbs. It's made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the signature corrugated surface that circulates air for even browning and helps the pan resist warping under high heat.

The baking surface is coated in AMERICOAT, the proprietary silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, so roasted vegetables and baked goods lift away cleanly. The fitted plastic lid snaps over the top to seal in freshness, making it easy to store leftovers overnight or transport a finished bake.

The pan is oven safe up to 450°F. The lid is for storage and transport only and should be removed before baking. Hand washing is recommended for both.
