The details
The pan holds six donut cavities, each roughly 3.5 inches across and a little under an inch deep, on a single 15.75 by 11.125 inch sheet. It is built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's signature corrugated surface, those fine ridges that lift the pan off the oven rack and keep air moving underneath for even browning and warp resistance.
Every baking surface is coated in AMERICOAT, a silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. Baked donuts release with a gentle twist, and the smooth coating wipes clean in seconds. Keep your oven at or below 450°F.
