The details

The pan separates into two pieces: a flat base and a ring of straight sides held shut by a classic spring latch. Snap the latch closed to bake, then flip it open to loosen the ring and lift it straight up, leaving your cake standing on the base.

It is built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the corrugated, ridged surface USA Pan is known for. That texture keeps air moving under and around the pan for even heat and steady browning, and it helps the steel resist warping over years of use. A reinforced rolled wire rim gives you something solid to grip going in and out of the oven.

Inside is AMERICOAT, USA Pan's silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. It releases cleanly and wipes out easily, so a graham crust or a sticky caramel layer comes away without a fight.
