The details

This is not your average non-stick pan. Made In took their award-winning 5-ply stainless clad frying pan, crafted in Italy, and coated it with a proprietary, high-performance ceramic surface to create something different: a pan that heats evenly, releases food effortlessly, and is built to outlast lower-cost non-stick alternatives.

The 5-ply construction means five bonded layers of metal working together to eliminate hot spots and give you precise, responsive heat control across the whole cooking surface. The Stay Cool Handle stays comfortable on the stovetop, and the stainless base means this pan transitions easily from stove to oven up to 550F.

The ceramic coating is made in the USA without PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead, cadmium, or BPA. Cook over low to medium heat and you'll get excellent release on everything from scrambled eggs and pancakes to sauteed vegetables and delicate fish.

Care

Hand wash with mild soap, skip abrasive scrubbers on the cooking surface, and use wood, silicone, or nylon utensils. If stacking, tuck a pan protector or towel between pans, and heat and cool gradually to prevent warping.
