The details
The USA Pan Mini Muffin Pan bakes 24 one-to-two-bite muffins, cupcakes, and other small treats at once. Each well measures roughly 1.875 by 1.25 by 0.875 inches, sized for a neat little muffin, and the full pan runs about 15.75 by 11.125 inches to fit a standard oven.
It is made from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the corrugated surface that USA Pan is known for, circulating air around each well so all 24 bake evenly and brown uniformly rather than leaving the center rows pale. The ridged construction also gives the pan strength to resist warping.
The AMERICOAT nonstick coating, made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, releases each little muffin cleanly, with or without paper liners, and wipes out easily afterward.
