Developing a BBQ sauce has been a long-standing dream of ours at Meat Head and we are thrilled to share Pam Jam BBQ Sauce with you. A recipe handed down from generation to generation, Pam Jam was created in a small southern kitchen by our founder’s mother and has been enjoyed year after year. With hints of brown sugar and the tang of vinegar, it reminds us of holidays together, football games in the fall, and a breezy summer afternoon. We only hope it brings you back to your family too.
