The details

Pure, uncoated aluminum — no PFAS, no coating to scratch or degrade. The natural aluminum heats fast and distributes evenly, so your cake bakes uniformly from corner to corner and your casserole doesn't burn at the edges while the center catches up. An encapsulated steel rim keeps the pan flat under high heat. Grease and flour, a sheet of parchment, or a silicone mat — your choice, and it releases cleanly either way.

At 12.1 × 8.8 × 2.5 inches interior, this is a properly proportioned 9×13 — deep enough for a layered sheet cake, a pan of bars, a generous lasagna, or anything else where you need room. The snap-on plastic lid is BPA- and Melamine-free and made for storage and transport, not the oven.
