The details

ProBond is fully clad, which means the aluminum core runs through the body of the pan, not just the bottom. That gives you responsive heat on the sidewalls as well as the base, so a sauté reduces evenly and a skillet edge sears as well as its center. The forged handles are weighted to sit balanced in the hand, and they stay cooler on the stovetop than you would expect from solid stainless.

Every piece is induction compatible and works on gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen. They go into the oven and under the broiler, and they are dishwasher safe when you would rather not scrub. The polished rims pour cleanly without dribbling down the side, and the flush rivets wipe out without trapping grease.
