The Classic Metal Covered Baking Pan comes with an all-aluminum lid that's oven safe, which means you can bake covered, lift the lid and set it beside the pan as a second baking surface for cookies, and travel to a potluck without worrying about a lid warping or cracking. It's the same trusted 9×13 Naturals pan — with a lid that actually works in the oven.

The details

The pan is pure, uncoated aluminum — the PFAS-free professional-grade material that distributes heat evenly with no hot spots and releases cleanly with butter and flour, parchment, or a silicone mat. The 2.5-inch sides give you room for a proper cake, a deep pan of bars, or a lasagna that doesn't slosh over the edges. Warp-resistant construction throughout.

The lid is the story here. Aluminum, like the pan — which means it handles oven temperatures up to 500°F. Bake a streusel cake covered to lock in moisture. Use the lid inverted on a separate rack as a cookie sheet while the cake bakes below. Carry it to a gathering knowing the lid isn't going to flex, crack, or pop off in a tote bag.
