The details

This is Hestan's own professional-grade cleaner, a 10-ounce cream made specifically for the kind of high-performance stainless steel the NanoBond line is built from. It lifts off the things ordinary dish soap leaves behind: heat bluing and discoloration, water and mineral stains, oxidation, black streaks, tarnish, and burnt-on residue. A small dab on a damp cloth, a bit of circular rubbing, then rinse, and the surface comes back bright.

It's non-toxic and biodegradable, made in the USA, and works well beyond cookware. Use it on stovetops, range hoods, sinks, outdoor grills and grates, copperware, and glass. The one thing to keep in mind: it's formulated for stainless and similar surfaces, so skip it on aluminum cookware.

If you own any NanoBond piece, this is the natural companion. The titanium-bonded surface can develop temporary bluing or discoloration under high heat, which is completely normal and not damage, and this cleaner is the simplest way to restore that signature shine.
