The USA Pan French Baguette Pan shapes and bakes two loaves side by side in long, rounded channels that cradle the dough and give each baguette its classic form. The whole pan runs about 16 by 9 inches, a good fit for a home oven and long enough for a proper loaf.
What sets it apart is the perforated surface. Hundreds of small holes let heat reach the underside of each loaf directly, drawing off moisture so the bottom crust crisps as thoroughly as the top. No more pale, soft-bottomed bread.
It is made from aluminized steel with a corrugated structure for even browning and warp resistance, and finished with AMERICOAT nonstick coating made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. The loaves release cleanly and the pan wipes down easily.
