The details
The sling is made entirely of food-safe, heat-resistant silicone. Lower it into your pressure cooker with whatever you're cooking — cheesecake, frittatas, steamed rice, a small casserole — and it elevates the dish above the water for even cooking. When it's done, the handles give you a secure, stable grip to lift everything straight out.
The handles are designed to interlock flat across the top of your dish, so they tuck neatly under the lid without getting in the way during cooking. When you're ready to lift, they fold up and lock into a carrying position. The sling fits 6- and 8-quart pressure cookers and multi-pots, and cleans up in the dishwasher.
