Forged from 67 layers of proprietary X-7 Damascus steel, this hand-sharpened blade offers exceptional sharpness, durability, and edge retention. The hammered finish not only creates a striking look but also helps reduce drag—allowing food to release smoothly as you slice and chop.
The 6-inch chef’s knife is a versatile essential, ideal for slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping a wide range of ingredients. Its slightly shorter length offers enhanced control, while the wide blade supports clean, straight cuts through tougher foods like root vegetables.
A full-tang construction ensures balance and stability, paired with an octagonal G-10 fiberglass handlein a rich blue and black wood-grain pattern for a comfortable, secure grip. A mosaic rivet adds a refined finishing touch.
Each knife includes a deep blue magnetic wood Saya-style sheath, custom-fit to protect the blade while elevating storage and presentation.
