French Knife Collection | Olive Wood
The handle that makes you want to cook. Professional French blades meet one of nature's most beautiful materials, and no two are exactly alike.
The details
Every knife in this collection is forged in Thiers, France, the historic knife-making capital of the world, by a 5th-generation bladesmith. Each is full tang and fully forged, crafted from a single rod of nitrogen-treated X50CrMoV15 stainless steel that runs from tip to handle end. No weak points, no welded joints, just a sharper, better-balanced blade built to last a lifetime.
The olive wood handles are sourced from French olive trees and finished to showcase each piece's natural grain. Because olive wood is unique to every tree, no two handles are identical — your knife is genuinely one of a kind.
Choose your blade
8" Chef Knife — the most versatile blade in the kitchen, with Made In's Asymmetrical Bevel Technology for an 18-degree edge that stays sharper with less maintenance. Named Food Network's Best Overall Chef Knife. 9" Bread Knife — designed with Chef Nancy Silverton, 24 precision teeth that glide through any loaf without crushing the crumb. 3.8" Paring Knife — honed to micron-level precision for peeling, coring, and detail work. Bird's Beak Paring Knife — the French "tourné" knife, a curved blade for handheld peeling, hulling berries, and radish roses, no cutting board required. Steak Knives (4-piece) — classic non-serrated French bistro blades that slice protein cleanly without tearing.
