The details

The Flisk is a twist-to-transform whisk with 10 large, high-vibration spring steel wires. Turn the ergonomic handle half a rotation and the wires shift between three distinct forms: a large balloon whisk for whipping cream and egg whites, a sauce whisk for shallow liquids and gravy, and a flat whisk for deglazing pans and scrambling eggs right in the skillet.

The high-vibration wires deliver serious aeration, and the sealed wire construction keeps batter from creeping into crevices. Cleanup is the best part: twist it flat, scrape off the excess, and lay it in the dishwasher — no disassembly, no tangled wires in the drawer.
