The details

This is a single jar, sold complete with everything you need to seal it: one glass jar, one glass lid, one orange rubber gasket, and two stainless steel clips. The gasket and clips lock down an airtight seal for canning, then lift right off when you want a simple lidded jar for the counter.

At 1 liter (35.9 fl. oz.), it stands 5 3/4″ tall with a wide 3 7/8″ opening — roomy enough for a spoon, a ladle, or your hand. The thick-walled glass is the same tempered, taste-neutral glass Weck has made in Germany for over a century.
