Like the rest of the NanoBond range, the soup pot is triple-bonded 18/10 stainless steel over a ProCore pure-aluminum core that Hestan rates around 35% more conductive than typical aluminum-clad cookware. The straight-sided shape holds heat well for long, slow simmers, and the conductive core keeps the bottom from catching while a stew reduces.

The cooking surface is molecular titanium bonded directly to the steel, roughly four times harder than ordinary stainless. There is no coating involved, so it is non-toxic, non-reactive, and unbothered by acidic ingredients like tomato and wine. Scrub it, stack it, send it through the dishwasher; the surface stays smooth and bright.

Flush interior rivets mean no crusty buildup around the handle joins, and the fully sealed rims keep the aluminum core protected for the life of the pot.
