Care Instructions: Before first use, wash, rinse and dry it with a kitchen towel. Only use the maintenance products. Apply a teaspoon of mineral oil on the board and spread it with a rag, making sure you rub oil on both sides and all edges. Leave the oil to be absorbed for at least 6 hours, for better results, leave it overnight. Wipe off any remaining oil using a dry clean cloth and wash as normal.
