The details

Hestan builds the TITUM Fusion line on a lightweight aluminum body fully encapsulated in stainless steel, so there's no exposed aluminum and nothing to react with acidic ingredients. The base is Hestan's patented Double Impact design: two stainless-steel discs bonded to the aluminum core, which keeps the pan dead flat under heat and lets oil pool at the center for even, confident browning. It works on every cooktop, induction included.

The cooking surface is where TITUM Fusion earns its name. The nonstick coating is reinforced with diamond and titanium particles, which Hestan rates at 22 times the durability of conventional nonstick. In plain terms: ordinary nonstick wears thin and starts to grab within months, while a reinforced surface like this resists the scratching and heat fatigue that kill most nonstick pans early. It's also metal-utensil tolerant, so a stray fork or metal spatula won't end its life.
