Like the rest of the line, the 12" is made in Italy from five bonded layers: a triple aluminum core for fast, even heat, wrapped in non-reactive 304-grade 18/10 stainless with a magnetic ferritic exterior. The generous 9.5" cooking surface is the whole point — it's wide enough to sear four pieces of fish or a full batch of vegetables in a single layer.
A rolled rim means clean pouring when you tip a pan sauce into a bowl, and the hollow stay-cool handle keeps its grip comfortable through a long cook. Oven safe to 800°F, so it moves from burner to broiler without a second thought.
