The details

This is a seamless 9x13 pan, meaning the sides are formed in one continuous piece rather than welded at the corners. That makes for cleaner release, easier washing, and a smooth interior with no crevices. Outer dimensions run about 13.62 by 9.5 inches and roughly 2 inches deep.

It is heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's corrugated surface for even browning and warp resistance, finished in AMERICOAT nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. The deep, fitted plastic lid (about 13.81 by 9.68 by 2.75 inches) secures snugly with a built-in carry handle, so a frosted cake or covered casserole gets to the gathering intact. The lid is not oven-safe and comes off before baking.
