The details

The pan has a 9-inch round baking surface with 2-inch walls, deep enough for a full layer with room for rise. Bake two and stack them, or use a single round for tarts, cornbread, deep-dish pizza, or a baked dip.

It is made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the corrugated, ridged bottom that circulates air for even baking and helps the pan resist warping. A reinforced rolled wire rim adds rigidity and gives you a sure grip coming out of the oven.

AMERICOAT nonstick lines the pan, a silicone-based coating made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. Layers release without leaving a sticky ring behind, so you keep every bit of the cake and clean the pan with a quick wipe.
