The details
The baking well measures roughly 13.75 by 10.375 inches and a full 3 inches deep, with outer dimensions of about 16 by 10.875 inches including the handles. That depth is the point. Most baking dishes top out around 2 inches and force you to compromise on layers; this one holds a generous, multi-layer bake without bubbling over.
The pan is heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's corrugated surface for even heat and warp resistance, finished in AMERICOAT nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. The fitted plastic lid (about 16.18 by 11.06 by 1.62 inches) snaps on for transport and storage. The lid is not oven-safe, so it comes off before baking.
Made in the USA by the Bundy family near Pittsburgh, with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the pan.
